I met Scott & Rachel last fall for their engagement session, and they have become mini-celebrities as a featured couple on my website.\u00a0 They are an amazing couple, and I was the lucky photographer that was there to document their wedding day on August 4.\u00a0 Despite the rain, and then the heat, it was a beautiful day!\u00a0 Rachel was a true do-it-yourself bride, and her attention to detail was impeccable!\u00a0 I do wonder, though, what became of the goldfish?<\/p>\n

\u00a0Congrats, you two, and best wishes for a lifetime of happiness!!!<\/p>\n

The look on the groom’s face when he first sees his bride is absolutely priceless.\u00a0 Scott couldn’t take his eyes off of Rachel!<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

And Rachel was obviously just as taken with him!<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

She surprised him with a song near the end of the ceremony, and it was so touching!<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Rachel had a stepstool brought out for their first kiss, so that she could be as tall as Scott!<\/p>\n

Remember those goldfish I was talking about?\u00a0 Yup, a pair in every centerpiece!\u00a0 So cute, like nothing I’ve ever seen before!<\/p>\n

And at the head table…<\/p>\n

Rather than give a toast, the best man sang to the couple, the song from the end of “The Wedding Singer”.\u00a0 It was so sweet!<\/p>\n
