I realize how rarely I actually photograph my own children (partly because they really do not listen to me when I have the camera out) and how even more rarely I actually sit down and edit the images I take of my children. Even though I was up late working and starting to nod off at my computer, I felt the need to grab my Oly OMD and download the card that was in it. This morning I took a few quick shots of my daughter playing in the back yard. The last shots before those were from September 1st. Such a shame! Almost all of my snapshots of my kids are taken with my iPhone. I really, really need to get my &#8220;big guns&#8221; out more often, or at least the EM5, though it really isn&#8217;t all that big.<\/p>\n<p>Anyway, I&#8217;m rambling, and exhausted, but wanted to share a few bits of my life. These two are my pride and joy, the reason I wake up every morning and work as hard as I do &#8211; as hard as we do, my husband and I. These two bring light to our lives in ways I never imagined possible before having kids, and I am so incredibly thankful for them.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter
