Alright, had to break this up a bit!
The following are a few shots I took with my pro camera, my Canon 5D with the Canon 24-70L lens.
On Monday, Devan and I headed outside for the first time since we arrived! There was so much going on at the convention, we almost forgot we were in Vegas! We met up with [b]ecker, who did headshots for anyone that showed up!

I shot this from the hip, without looking through the viewfinder, so it is a little overexposed and a little soft!
This is me, Tuesday afternoon, exhausted from all the walking! Devan and I had just walked through to see all the image that hung, meaning scored well, and we couldn’t walk any further. Note my new Jill-e bag at my side, I love it! I was the very first one at that booth in the mini-trade show, and Devan was #2. Yup, we get what want!

Tuesday night, after sitting in on the Women of Photography, Devan and I headed outside to catch the fountain at the Bellagio. I love the water show!
My favorite part, I love the “squiggly” water!
There isn’t as much traffic in Vegas at night as I was hoping, I wanted to get some traffic and headlights flying by the Eiffel Tower, but it didn’t come out quite like I’d hoped. This was hand-held, and I tried varying shutter speeds from 1/20 to 3 seconds.
Well, folks, that is it for now! I didn’t shoot at much this time around, since it was my third trip to Vegas, but next year Devan and I are planning to take our husbands with us and go for a few extra days, to get some real shooting time in. The convention has been bumped up a month to February next year, crossing both Valentine’s Day and my birthday, and I can’t wait!.
