Have I mentioned lately how lucky I am to have such amazing clients? Crystal and Clint were a referral from Candace Hart Photography in Monmouth, Illinois, and the first time we met, I was laid up after a nasty gallbladder attack. I barely remember meeting with them, and had surgery just a couple of days later, but I must have made a good impression despite being in a world of pain, because they booked their wedding with me!
Crystal and Clint are getting married at Walnut Grove Farm in a few weeks, and it is going to be so much fun! We had a blast exploring downtown Galesburg yesterday for their engagement session, playing with their dogs, and riding on Clint’s motorcycle!

I absolutely LOVE this shot of their dachshund, Bailey! Their other dachsie, Reese, was all about being photographed, but Bailey was a little camera shy. When I got super close and just held down the shutter, though, her attention turned from squirrels to me!
What kind of reaction do you get when you ask your clients to run out in the middle of a busy street during a red light and jump? This!
It was a perfect day for a ride!
